Designed for experienced and new people managers, this cohort-based program equips participants with our E-R-A (Expectations, Resources, Accountability) Framework for excellent management that can be applied immediately.
What Participants Can Expect
Engagements are 24 weeks of training, divided into two parts. The first 12 weeks focus on developing skills and learning the ERA framework. The next 12 weeks support integration via group coaching. Managers will learn how to set clear expectations, take ownership of resourcing their people, and unlock new tools for increasing accountability.
