IN THIS ROLE YOU'LL GET TO:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for 2 main bodies of work:

  1. Client success: The Project Manager will ensure all projects are completed effectively and efficiently and to a standard that meets or exceeds client expectations. The Project Manager will interface directly with clients and often act as a primary point of contact between the consulting team and the client.
  2. Operations: The project Manager will assess, develop and implement systems to support all aspects of our work.

This role will report directly to, and work closely with, Molly Rodau, Founder and Principal of Collectively

Overview

Current Opening: Project Manager

Compensation:
  • This will be a 1099 position to start 
  • $55-70/hr, dependent on experience
Schedule:
  • 15-20 hour/week to start; with opportunities to grow
  • Flexibility within normal business hours
Location:
  • This is a remote-first position, with occasional travel and (if local) the ability to work in our offices in Maplewood, NJ.

  • Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables
  • Foster strong client relationships through effective communication, collaboration, and responsiveness, and identify opportunities for additional engagement and value creation
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, and leverage insights to enhance project delivery and client outcomes
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our consulting methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Contribute to creating a work environment that inspires success, promotes bold ideas and is committed to learning and evolution.
